You must be at least 21 years of age and a Philippine resident to register and play on jilluu. Age is verified through mandatory KYC identity checks.
Each player is permitted one jilluu account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met in full.
Withdrawals require a fully verified account. jilluu processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers within stated processing timeframes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your jilluu login credentials confidential. jilluu is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to PAGCOR.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilluu ("jilluu", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilluu.org. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jilluu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilluu platform and close your account. jilluu reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an account on jilluu, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
jilluu reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
Each player may register one (1) account only on the jilluu platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, different identities, or through proxy individuals — are strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jilluu will suspend all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion, and report the matter to PAGCOR.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before jilluu processes any withdrawal request, you must complete a full KYC verification process. This requires submission of:
jilluu processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day under normal circumstances. Deposits may be made prior to KYC completion; however, withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC approval. jilluu is required under Philippine AML regulations to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or unusual activity patterns.
Deposits: jilluu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilluu wallet balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. jilluu does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. jilluu targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes:
jilluu reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 per calendar month. Processing timeframes may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where regulatory holds apply. jilluu is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions outside its control.
jilluu offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All games offered on the jilluu platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by professional dealers in controlled studio environments, with all sessions recorded.
Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all games are made available in the respective game information sections. jilluu does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to alter RNG-determined results after a game round is initiated. In the event of a technical malfunction that renders a game round void or produces an erroneous result, jilluu will take reasonable steps to identify the affected round and restore affected player balances to their pre-round state.
Game rules specific to each title are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before wagering real money.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilluu platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement where applicable:
All content on the jilluu platform — including but not limited to the jilluu brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of jilluu or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilluu platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any jilluu content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilluu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilluu is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages; or (d) any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jilluu's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
jilluu collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jilluu, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations.

When material changes are made, jilluu will provide notice via the platform's notification system and/or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the jilluu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, interpretation, breach, or enforcement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Regulatory complaints relating to jilluu's PAGCOR-licensed operations may be submitted to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through its official channels. jilluu cooperates fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes and will implement PAGCOR directives in all regulated matters.
