jilluu ("jilluu", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected and processed through the jilluu platform accessible at jilluu.org. jilluu operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator in the Philippines. If you are not satisfied with jilluu's response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
The jilluu platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. jilluu does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. Mandatory KYC age verification is implemented at the point of registration to enforce this requirement.
If jilluu becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the personal data deleted from jilluu's systems as soon as practicable. The matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with licensing obligations.
